I recommend you contact IBM's Passport Advantage Support Team. They can assist you in navigating to Download Files on the Passport Advantage Website and may be able to assist with the issue(s) you are experiencing. They can be contacted at 1-800-978-2246. You will need to provide your Name and Customer Number, at which point they should be able to help.
